paying on the website
Ordering your bicycle online is quick, easy and secure. Add the items you want to your shopping basket and when you are done simply click on view basket/checkout at the top right of the page. All payments are guaranteed by Sage Pay and are 100% safe. No bank details or card details are kept
paying by telephone
Rather place your order on the telephone? Just call us direct, Monday to Friday, on 0845 303 86 85 and we will take your order for you
paying by cheque
To pay by cheque, simply send it to the address on our contact us page, made payable to Capital Cycles Ltd. Please also remember to write down what you want and where you want it delivered
Delivery Options
When you start the checkout and payment process, you will have the option of choosing a separate delivery address to your billing address. All orders are sent by UKMail Businesspost courier. A signature is required on delivery. The following delivery options are available in the basket/checkout page:
UK mainland - NEXT DAY DELIVERY
All bicycle orders placed by 1pm are sent the same day using a next working day courier delivery service. Delivery by 1pm is also available
UK Highlands & Islands
There is a small surcharge for sending items to: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Nortern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight
Channel Islands & Ireland
We deliver all over the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. The tax/vat will be removed automatically from orders shipped directly to the Channel Islands who are outside the EC
Europe & U.S.A
We deliver across the EU and the United States of America. The tax/vat will be removed automatically from orders shipped directly to countries outside the EC and the USA
