Payment Methods
PAYING ONLINE
All online payments are guaranteed by Protx and are completely secure. No bank details or card details are held by Capital Cycles. The only details we keep are your name, address and contact details in case we need to reach you.
PAYING BY TELEPHONE
Ordering on the phone is quick and easy. You can call us directly on 0208 2655586 or use our ‘Capital Callback’ service - a convenient telephone call back service. All you have to do is select Capital Callback on the Contact Us page and we will telephone you at the time you have chosen.
PAYING BY MAIL ORDER
You can also pay by cheque. Simply fill the shopping basket on the website as if you were buying online, go to the checkout page and select ‘print your basket for mail order’. This option can be found towards the bottom left of the basket page. Print the form, complete it by hand, send it with a cheque to the address on the contact us page and once the cheque has cleared, we will send your order.
Delivery Details
All bicycles are sent by Amtrak Courier. Amtrak is regarded as the specialist when it comes to delivering items with care. A signature is required on delivery.
UK Mainland and UK Offshore
All orders placed before 12 noon and which are going to a UK mainland address are delivered on a next working day basis, however, we do ask that you allow up to 5 working days for delivery before contacting us. If you live outside mainland UK, please allow ten working days for delivery. If, after that time you still have not received your order, simply contact us and we will track your bicycle for you.
For all standard UK mainland orders, delivery is FREE. A small surcharge is added on orders if:
- you have requested a Saturday delivery.
- your delivery address is outside mainland UK. Areas not eligable for free delivery include: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Nortern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. In these cases you must select the UK offshore delivery option.
PLEASE NOTE: if you require these services you must apply the surcharge. If you do not, we shall contact you and this could cause a small delay to your order being shipped.
Europe and Worldwide Delivery
Delivery is available wordwide. If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, please contact us and we will arrange payment and delivery on the telephone.
