Capital Cycles founder speaks in front of Institute of Directors
Last night, Freddie Bourne (founder and MD of Capital Cycles) had the honour of speaking to 100 people at the Institute of Directors, some of whom being the most important people in today’s financial world.
While the other two speakers spoke about money and credit, Freddie talked about the value and importance of company ethics and value, and in doing so it cemented for him what Capital Cycles is about – providing a strong, honest, genuine and affordable service directly to the public. From listening to the other 2 speakers around him, he also affirmed the crucial importance of customer service. Well, if you take a moment to read some of our customer reviews, you will see that caring for our customers is something we have always taken seriously and will indeed continue to do so, no matter how large we become.
We are a small business, but a proud one. We care utterly about QUALITY, AFFORDABILITY and CUSTOMER CARE.
