3 ways to lose the 'January Blues' – SO SIMPLE!
Do you have the January blues? Did you spend too much, eat too much and perhaps drink a little too much at Christmas? Here are three simple thoughts which even though obvious, are good to see and hear:
- Switch just chocolate and crips to fruit and nuts
- Put down the tv remote and pick up that book that you bought one
- walk or CYCLE to the shops instead of taking the car. This alone will make you feel better, cost less and help you lose that Christmas excess.
For me, i do these things because I want to clean and purify my insides. Once inner strength has been restored i can work on the physical side.
