3 ways to lose the 'January Blues' – SO SIMPLE!

Do you have the January blues? Did you spend too much, eat too much and perhaps drink a little too much at Christmas? Here are three simple thoughts which even though obvious, are good to see and hear:

  1. Switch just chocolate and crips to fruit and nuts
  2. Put down the tv remote and pick up that book that you bought one
  3. walk or CYCLE to the shops instead of taking the car. This alone will make you feel better, cost less and help you lose that Christmas excess.

For me, i do these things because I want to clean and purify my insides. Once inner strength has been restored i can work on the physical side.
